Court Service Centers (Massachusetts Trial Court)
Massachusetts Trial Court, Court Service Centers
Court Service Centers help people without a lawyer navigate the courts. Staff answer basic questions, give one-on-one help filling out forms in certain case types, explain court rules and procedures, provide written instructions, and connect you with legal aid and community resources. They cannot give legal advice or represent you. Start with the Virtual Court Service Center for intake by phone or video on weekdays; it can refer you to one of the local centers located in courthouses.
